After more than a century of providing long-term care services to families throughout Lake County at our Libertyville facility, Winchester House has rebranded and moved.

What’s changed is our location, our building and our name. Now called Thrive of Lake County, Long Term and Memory Care, we are located in a newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility located at 850 US HWY 45, in Mundelein, IL. What hasn’t changed is the exceptional staff and outstanding personalized care that they provide to our residents.
