Our interdisciplinary teams of clinicians, which consist of nurses, nurse aids, activity professionals, social workers, therapists and dietitians, provide 24-hour nursing care and on-site therapy to treat the most complex situations with the right combination of medical expertise, compassion, personal service and care.

Thrive Lake County’s dedicated memory care neighborhood provides a peaceful and safe home for people with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. Family caregivers who care for a loved one with memory loss understand that doing so takes patience and a special skill set. Select Thrive Lake County team members are trained in the fine points of memory care and work with residents and family members to:

Community Support
Many community organizations and individuals donate their time and talent to provide musical entertainment, intergenerational programs, staffing for the volunteer-run gift shop and special events at Thrive Lake County.
