We are proud to announce that Thrive has recently won Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2022 Customer Experience Award™. We are appreciative of this honor and would like to thank the hard work of each center’s dedicated staff.
Since opening all three of our centers almost two years ago, we have placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every guest are met. In order to meet and surpass guest and family expectations, we work with a third-party organization called Pinnacle Quality Insight (PQI).
PQI is a customer satisfaction measurement firm with 26 years of experience in post-acute healthcare, Pinnacle conducts over 150,000 phone surveys each year and works with more than 2,500 care providers in all 50 US states, Canada and Puerto Rico.
In working with PQI, they contact Thrive’s discharged guests (and their families) and conduct monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Thrive in specific categories.
Every month, we gather our real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of our guest’s needs and make improvements when necessary.
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, Thrive has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average.
